1)
What made you participate in
the program?
Study abroad-event
at university. I joined it 2 years ago and at that time I knew Campas Asia
program.
2)
What is the program about?
What did you learn from the program?
I joined the KAIST
Campas Asia summer program. I learned a lot of things through this experience,
but since this was the first time for me to visit foreign countries, the most impressive
thing was the cultural differences and similarities.
3)
What did you like most about
the program?
Housing support
and day trips. I think the main concern people have for studying abroad is housing.
In this program, the dorm in KAIST is provided, so we didn’t have to search or
prepare for the house. Moreover, we can enjoy day trips during our stay on
weekends. We can choose the destinations and trip schedule by ourselves. It was
really fun and precious time to go to Busan.
4)
How do you think your
experience in this program will affect your future studies and career?
I believe that
this experience has significantly contributed to enhancing our international
outlook.
During this one-month program, I was able to improve
my English communication skills, build valuable friendships within the laboratory,
and begin exploring a new research area.
These are essential skills for researchers who aspire
to work in an international environment in the future.
In addition, this program gave me the opportunity to
broaden my academic perspective and to experience different approaches to
research.
I am confident
that the knowledge and connections I gained here will serve as a strong
foundation for my future career as a researcher.
