"It is great to have students from different countries and backgrounds to talk about their recent research. Although we might not understand the detail of each other’s work, our horizons are expanded. The efforts of peers can always inspire our own academic progress.

This research symposium also gives us the opportunity to experience academic occasions like a real international academic conference. We can share our work, ask questions, and even act as student chairs. I believe it is an effective practice and encouragement for us to participating in more academic activities in the future.

As for me, I have learned a lot about Biology, Chemistry, etc., which, if I didn’t join this symposium, may never come into my life."
